It's time to unscreen our final set at sg1_five_things! Our final five thing responses are:

Thank you to everyone who participated in this round, and to everyone who has participated in any way over the years!

There have been questions about this, so I'd like to reassure everyone that while we'll no longer be updating sg1_five_things, the community itself isn't going anywhere. All of the fic and prompts and comments will remain here as an archive for as long as LJ allows it, and you are welcome to continue to read and comment.

Finally, I'll be putting up one last post after this--an unscreened collection post for any future five things you feel inspired to write. Anyone who wishes to is welcome to track that post to see what other things writers come up with.

Today was supposed to be the day we unscreened our final set of responses, but as I forgot to post a reminder, I'm going to delay it a few days.

Monday, November 19th will now be the day we unscreen. That gives everyone one last weekend to write up responses.

It's with sadness that the mods of sg1_five_things announce that, after six years, we've decided it's time for the community to wind down.

However, we plan to go out with a bang! To that end, we are opening our spreadsheet of unused prompts for your perusal. From now until November 15th, this post will serve as a collection point for responses to any and all prompts. On November 15th, we will have one final, grand unveiling.

You can see all of the unused prompts here. Please note that the spreadsheet is divided by show, with a separate tab for each show. Look along the bottom to find the show(s) you're interested in.

If you're feeling nostalgic, you can also look through past used prompts here and here. If you want to answer one of those instead or as well, go ahead. In that case, please leave your reply on the original entry and post a link here to maximize readership.

Regardless of which prompt you're responding to, please include the prompt with your response here so we all know what it is.
